The Maiden Voyage

I am a little late posting this, but we took our maiden voyage in our tiny camper!  It was a wonderful trip to one of the most beautiful places---St Joseph Peninsula in Florida!

If you want to get away to a secluded spot this is where you need to go!  Although the campground with pretty full it didn't feel like it.  The most we saw at the beach was 12-16 people.  Because it was so far from the mainland at night it is a stargazers paradise.  During the day you have the beach, trails, fishing, geocaching and relaxing!

Our camper made the trip just fine and it slept great.  We were really happy with it and can't wait to take it out again in the spring.

And before I say good-bye here is a look at a little of the fun we had...

Beach naps are best!

Love early morning beach runs!

Miles of white sand and hardly any people.

Butterflies everywhere on the trails!

I have never seen so many crabs as we did along the bay side.

Geocaching is fun!

Crabs, dolphins and sharks on my!

Saw these cat tracks on one of my morning runs.

This is a Florida State Park you want to visit---

Happy Holidays!
