Run, Run, Run

I have always loved to run.  Its a great release.  I get to get in my zone and just let my mind wonder, talk to God and be free.  I have been in a battle with running since November 2010.  All I can say is once you start don't stop. 

My new favorite is the Galloway Method.  I have increased my distance and my speed by doing this simple method.  It great for burning calories, too.  I run 4 minutes and walk 1 minute.  If you want to learn more about the Galloway Method click here.
